How to be a top salesperson

Welcome, when you are done reading this my goal is for you to be motivated to take the steps necessary to change your life for the better. The main topic may be about sales but I don’t want anyone to feel left out. The secret I am going to share with you will not only help you in your top line for sales but can help you to just be a better version of yourself daily in the short term and over the long hall.

This same information I am going to share is why I have been the #1 vacation package salesman at Hilton Grand Vacations for nearly 3 years in a row. At work people have asked me for the secret for a long time and now that I am quarantined and not working I have the opportunity to finally share how to be a top salesman. I will cover the essential elements of my day to day life that have allowed me to amplify my energy and remain focused on my goals for the long term while almost always surpassing my own expectations.

You Already Have What it Takes

First and foremost you need to understand you already have the skills and abilities to be great at anything you put your mind to. I grew up in an environment where sometimes being great was seemingly never a real option. It took me many years of healing to realize that I had the ability to break free from the old habits and learn new ways to build confidence and enlighten myself.

This is one of the main reasons I want to share the knowledge I have gained with those who are seeking it because I for so long was seeking answers and felt that no one around me had them. I had to find so many answers myself and that isn’t a bad thing it makes you stronger in the long run but sometimes when you are searching it can be helpful to have a light leading the way.

My journey to sales had some really bumpy roads along the way from a first job at McDonald’s to lifting heavy granite installing counter tops. Those years are long gone but they were building blocks that lead me to sales. I have been in sales for over 10 years now from door to door selling meat products to selling Ashley furniture to now telemarketing to Hilton Honors members.

The one consistent throughout the years of sales is that to be successful you need to have a good positive attitude and enough energy to do the same thing over and over daily while being creative and innovative at the same time.

The Secret Stuff

All of this leads me to the good stuff, the revealing of what has helped me all this time! Cannabidiol or CBD!  CBD is a compound found in the hemp plant that researchers are finding to be more miraculous every day. The main issue I always faced with sales success until recent years was consistency. I would have one great day then two bad ones or get into a streak of “bad luck” (a.k.a no sales) and wonder why? That is called being drained, mentally beat and it can have a lot of adverse effects at work, in your social life and even at home.

Coping with being told no over and over isn’t as easy as it may seem and until you have dealt with it for 10 years it may be hard to understand. That is why CBD has been a life changer for me. I have been taking CBD every day now for nearly 3 years right around the time I started my current Job at Hilton. The struggles of being able to go into the office every day and perform at my highest level have nearly disappeared.
